Flag

The book La Marina Mercante Argentina (1961) shows a triangular pennant, not really easy to describe so I will let the image speak for itself [see image]. Still operating, the company website of www.transona.com.ar shows a flag logo which differs in that the red and white colours have been reversed and changed in shape, the pennant is now in proportions of about 1x2 and the letters "ONA" on the horizontal blue bar are now more centred [see image]. However another possibility is shown by the flag displayed on the funnel of their tanker "Ona Tridente". Possibly because of size restrictions, then maybe not, the flag looks triangular in the 2x3 proportions and the letters "ONA" have been placed closer to the hoist [see image]. The vertical letters in the hoist "TRANS" remain constant.
