Comments on the arms:

It's worth noting that the coat-of-arms of Steyr is the same as that of Steiermark (Styria), except for the ducal hat in the arms of the latter. In fact, the Steiermark is named after the river and city of Steyr, and Steyr was its capital until the end of the 12th century.
