Gunnar Staack just sent me the flag of Tannheim in Austria. On the photo it appears to be vertical blue-white
with the coat-of-arms.

The photo sent by Jarig indeed shows a strangely-coloured stripe, obviously bleached, but to me it is rather a green shade and not a blue shade, which is even more obvious, as the colour of the fir tree is the same as the stripe.
