Description of arms (German): Im geteilten Schild oben in Gold Hammer und Schlägel in natürlichen Farben schräg übereinander gekreuzt und unten in silbernem Felde eine naturfarbene hölzerne Badewanne. [1] [2]
Blazoning of arms (English): Per fess Or, a hammer and a mallet in saltire all proper, and Argent a wooden bath-tub proper.
Adoption date of arms: 17 February 1949 (based on the arms adopted 14 November 1931, which was an enhancement of the medieval arms)
