The flag of Noi Travnik is obliquely divided blue and green following the division line of the coat of arms in its centre. The name of the municipality is inscribed there in white. Two variations of the same design are used, with the shield either bordered white (photo) or without this outline (photo).

The coat of arms is "Per bend sinister azure and vert overall eight right-angled isosceles trangles in point gules but the one in the chief dexter or topped with the blue name of the municipality".
The Populari database claims that the arms were adopted in 2004, providing a document explaining the meaning of the coat of arms. The central design is a flower, but it also repsents a cog wheel (production, propulsion, dynamics). The yellow triangle represents Bosnia and Herzegovina. Novi Travnik was nicknamed "the Town of Flowers and Youth" represented by the flower made of triangles. The same symbol was already present in a previous emblem of the town.
