Compassion, the symbol of the
Christian faith of a people who are convinced and ardent in their
the motto UNIÃO PARA O PROGRESSO [Union for
a white field, representing the peace that should govern our
labors in support of the cultural, agricultural, and religious
progress of our country.
the stripes forming the shape of a "V," signifying final victory,
crowning the efforts of each citizen of Rio Espera, in his or her
journey toward progress.
