The flag is shown on a photo taken on 13 September 2010 during an indoors sports competition held in the town. On this copy of the flag, the cross is centered: http://www.aralmoreira.ms.gov.br/site/index.php?pg=noticia&id=636. Interestingly enough, Wikipedia shows another photo of the flag, with the cross skewed to the hoist.
