The municipality of Camboriú (82,289 inhabitants in 2019; 21,232 ha) is located 100 km north of Florianópolis.

The flag and arms of Camboriú are prescribed by Municipal Law No. 187
promulgated on 7 April 1977.
Article 1.
The coat of arms shall be used
as the emblem on the municipal flag, on which it will be inscribed in a white
lozenge.
