The flag of the City of Grand Forks, BC, features the municipal coat of
arms which features the West Kootenay Mountains, wheat fields
(agriculture), pine trees (forestry) and mining cart set against a red
triangle (copper mining). The depiction of the sun reflects the
location of the City in the “Sunshine Valley”.
