The flag of the Town of Carman, Manitoba, is a Canadian-style triband
red-white-red with town crest in the middle of the white stripe. The crest is
divided in several fields - one with scenic design of blue sky, green mountains
and yellow field with corns, one is white with "TOWN / OF / CARMAN" where C in
Carman is bigger and red, and the other letters are black, and one is red. The
upper yellow ribbon reads "PROGRESS-INDUSTRY / RECREATION" and the lower yellow
ribbon reads "A PLEASANT PLACE TO LIVE!". Information and image of the crest

"Carman is an Agricultural town of about 3,000 people that lies in the Pembina
Valley Region of southern Manitoba. Carman is located at the junction of
Highways 3 and 13, just 40 minutes southwest of Winnipeg (the capital city of
Manitoba). It is surrounded by the Rural Municipality of Dufferin. Carman is
situated in the heart of a rich prairie agricultural belt, only 60 kilometres
