The town of Mascouche (32,044 inhabitants in 2006; 10,795 ha), located a few km north of Montreal, is part of the Municipalité régionale de comté (MRC) Les Moulins, Region Lanaudière.

In Le Trait d'Union, 13 January 2008, Diane Legault reports the 4th Fête des Nations (Nations' Festival), which was celebrated by 45 nations in the St. Henri church of Mascouche. Canada, Quebec and Mascouche closed the nations' parade with their respective flag.

There is, however, no hint on the design of the flag of Mascouche.
