Rothenthurm

[Flag of Rothenthurm] image by Pascal Gross

On blue on green ground a part of a white fortification wall with open gate and white tower, both with red roofs.

Rothenturm got its name from the roter Turm (red tower) which still exists today (picture, source) and was a part of the fortification wall built in 1310 across the whole valley. It is depicted in the emblem.
