The flag shown is the flag of the former "Concertación de Partidos por el No" that existed in 1988 for the plebiscite against Pinochet. Then, the alliance changed to the actual Democratic Conciliation and the rainbow stayed but without the NO and that's the actual flag of Concertación. Osmar Valdebenito, 25 November 2006
