About the flag and emblem

I receive today information about the flag and emblem of the Chilean region of Atacama (III Region), with flag image, sheet construction, flag pantones, emblem, and emblem pantones. I had since some weeks a photo of the flag but was very unclear. The information is official (provided directly by the Intendent with official graphic designs, pantone, etc…) and in more I have a photo of the flag in the house of the Regional intendency (that show in Internet).

According to information at es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandera_de_la_III_Región_de_Atacama, the flag of 3rd Region was created during a revolution in 1859. The colors blue and yellow and the star they represent the liberal ideas that motivated the revolution. It was re-adopted as the respective Regional Government in 2005.
