About the flag

The flag of the ANEF can be seen in photographs online, such as at http://anef.cl/comunicaciones/presidente-de-la-anef-realizo-visita-al-maule/ (photo at http://anef.cl/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/WhatsApp-Image-2022-11-23-at-9.43.34-AM.jpeg). The flag features the ANEF logo centered on a white field. The logo takes the form of a gold cog wheel with a dark blue center, with the words "ANEF" and "CHILE" in gold letters on the blue center.

The organization

The Agrupación Nacional de Empleados Fiscales (ANEF, National Group of Fiscal Employees) was established in May 1943 in Santiago, Chile, as a labor union representing the rights of civilian government workers. The organization was founded by Clotario Blest Riffo, a Chilean social activist and treasury employee, who served as the organization's president for its first 15 years. The ANEF is still a very active part of the social justice and activism scene in Chile.
