I noticed that the flag of Praha - Liben as shown on FOTW site is incorrect.
The flag by Jan Kravcik, as displayed, was never used by Liben. The correct
flag comprises of four equal horizontal stripes of blue, white, red, and
blue, precisely as shown on Liben coat of arms. The coat of arms as displayed
has lighter colors for some reason.
I was in Praha for my son's wedding which was held at Liben Castle,
now Liben Town Hall, and I confirmed with the Mayor's office that the flag
flying on top of the Town Hall is actually the flag of Liben. The flag
flying on the Town hall is as discribed above.

The image by Jan Kravcik is based on the Praha
coat of arms; in a special issue of Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon
about the wards of Praha, 2005, is shown that the fourth flag from the
left represents Libeń; Jan drew the images at the time after the banners
on the Praha Coat of Arms. At some time the red-blue-white colors represented Libeń.
