Flagdescription: three horizontal stripes red, yellow, blue, yellow, the blue stripe is wavy, proportioned 3:1:1:1; in top hoist the torso of a white lion crowned, tongued and nailed yellow, holding the yellow core of a millwheel and doubletailed.
