Boreč municipality flag

Here is the flag of Boreč, a municipality in the Central Bohemian region (okres Mladá Boleslav) in the Czech Republic. Don't know when it was granted; flag and arms are at this webpage.
Flagdescription: four horizontal stripes blue - red - white - blue, proportioned 3:1:1:3; in center a vertical yellow stripe of 1/5 flaglength, charged with a brown cone (???) (top) and a blue flower (bottom).
On the arms the red and white stripes are replaced by a red entrance-gate with a red roof.
