Description of banner:
It is a blue - white - blue vertical triband with ratio 1:3:1. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per pale. The dexter side shows a half silver(=white) eagle tongued red in a blue field. The sinister side is silver(=white) mantled black.
Meaning:
According to source the dexter side is an adaptation of the counts of Arnsberg, the sinister side of the barons of Weichs, who had been administrators (Drosten) of the archbishops of Köln.
