See also:Neubecker 1992 [neu92] contains a plate with the flags of Danzig, and here we find a state ensign, like the ordinary flag - two white crosses placed over each other with a golden crown on top - with a swallowtail cut out of the fly end. Both flags are 2:3 in ratio.

Ratio 2:3. Angle of the swallotailed cut is 90°. Caption: Wird von allen im Staatseigentum stehenden, zu Amtshandlungen benutzten Fahrzeugen, insbesondere Polizei-, Loften- und Zollfahrzeugen, geführt - i.e. "shall be hoisted on all vehicles owned by the State in official service, especially police, pilot and customs vehicles."
