Maisach Coat of Arms

Shield Gules three embowed bars Argent, over all a sword Or in pale.
The bars are taken from the arms of the Barons of Weilheim, former local rulers between 1200 and 1332, when the village was acquired by Ettal Abbey. The sword is symbolising a local court in the Medieval.
