Unterleinleiter Coat of Arms

Shield Argent with chief wavy Vert, an inescutcheon Vert charged with a sickle Argent and surrounded by an intertwined linden branch Gules with four leaves on either side.
Meaning:
The sickle is taken from the arms of the Lords of Streitberg, who owned a local estate in the 15th and 16th century. The intertwined linden is taken from the arms of the Barons of Seckendorff, who owned the estate in the 18th century. The chief wavy is representing the name giving creek Leinleiter. Its fountain is in Dürrbrunn. The green colour is symbolising the location in the nature preserve Fränkische Schweiz/Veldensteiner Forst.
