It is a green-white-green vertical triband with ratio of stripes 1:2:1. The coat of arms is in the middle of the white stripe.

Caaschwitz Coat of Arms

Shield parted per fess; above Vert a magpie statant proper; beneath parted per pale, at dexter Argent a horse chestnut leaf Vert, at sinister Gules masoned Sable.
Meaning:
The magpie (German: Elster) is representing the Weiße Elster, a local river crossing the municipality. The leaf is representing the many horse chestnut trees in the area. The masoned wall is symbolising the local brickyards.
