Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per pale. The dexter side shows an upright silver (=white) fish in a blue field, the sinister side shows a green oak leaf in a golden (= yellow) field.
Probably the arms are symbolizing beach and fishery, and small hagues and agriculture.
Klaus-Michael Schneider, 22 Aug 2011

Flag and coat of arms were approved by minister of interior of Mecklenburg-Westpomerania on 24 January 1996, published in the roll of arms of Mecklenburg-Westpomerania as no. 0030.
