The flag's ratio is 3:5. It is a red over white horizontal bicolour. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag.

Description of coat of arms:
In a red field is a silver (= white) windmill. The shield has a silver (=white) chief surmounted by three red heraldic roses.
Meaning:
According to source the windmill is a local building. The roses are taken from the arms of the von Thulendorf family, the very first known owners of the village.
