Jatznick Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent an ash branch Azure in pale, at sinister Azure a stork proper vigilant.
Meaning:
The meaning of Jatznick is "ash grove", the branch is thus canting. The stork is representing the many nests of storks in the municipality.

Zerrenthin Coat of Arms

Shield parted per fess, above Argent an impending church tower Gules, beneath Azure, a triplemount issuant Or, charged with an 8-spokes wheel Sable and topped by two impending grain ears addorsed.
Meaning:
The church tower is a local landmark (see: this photo). Wheel and ears are representing the rich farmers, which settled down in the area in the 17th century.
