Neckarwestheim Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent a leafy wreath Vert, at sinister Vert a spade Argent in pale.
Meaning:
The charges are known from a local seal since 1684. Their meaning is however unknown. Later seals and stamps displayed the spade together with an antler of Württemberg or a ducal coronet. In 1853 the spade had been denoted as "washboard". The former name until 1884 had been Kaltenwesten. The municipality adopted the current arms in 1938.

The banner was approved and the arms confirmed on 4 March 1963 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg.
