Lindenberg Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, on a triplemount issuant Vert a church Gules with two towers and a big porch, tower and porch with roofs Azure, the towers and the nave topped by crosslets Or, in flanches two lindens Vert.
Meaning:
A first draft from with a lady's hat from 1835 was rejected. The draft with church was emended byKing Ludwig I of Bayern himself. The church was a representation of the local parish church in the status of 1838. The shape of the spires changed twice. Lindens and mount (German: Berg) are canting. The current version is based on a draft of Otto Hupp.

The arms were granted on 2 March 1838 by King Ludwig I of Bayern and confirmed on11.12.1930 by Minister of Interior of Bayern.
