The judo world championships took place this week in Munich (Bavaria, Germany). A vertically divided white-blue flag can be seen on the wall of the arena. The flag is charged with a white five-lobed, flower-like emblem, outlined in blue [image here in inverted colours]. The lower part of the emblem is filled with Bavarian lozenges, there is something in blue in the middle of the emblem, and the letters 'B J V' are placed in blue in the upper part of the emblem. My guess is Bayerischer Judo Verband (Bavarian Judo Federation).
