Frankfurter RC 1884

Name: Frankfurter Ruder-Club 1884 e.V.
Located in: Frankfurt/Main
Established: 2 August 1884
It is a horizontal 6-stripes flag with alternating light blue (FIAV-code B-) and white stripes starting with a blue one. The stripes are superimposed by black capital letters "F" upon stripe 1 and 2 (centre), "R" upon stripe 4 and 5 (hoist) and "C" upon stripe 4 and 5 (flyend). In the centre of stripe 6 is a black "1884". The flag has a red canton with the white eagle of Frankfurt.
In 1938 both the club merged with RV "Undine" under political pressure of the NS regime.

It is a horizontal 5-stripes flag with alternating light blue and white stripes starting with a blue one. The stripes are superimposed by black capital letters "F" upon stripe 1 and 2 (centre), "R" upon stripe 4 and 3 (hoist) and "C" upon stripe 4 and 3 (flyend). In the centre of stripe 5 is a black "1884". The flag has a red canton with the white eagle of Frankfurt. (The current flag has one stripe more)

Frankfurter RV "Undine"

Name: Frankfurter Ruder-Verein "Undine" e.V.
Established: & June 1908
The white flag was divided by a light blue saltire. In its centre was a shield carrying the crowned eagle of Frankfurt in blue colour. In the quarters were black initials as follows: "F"(top), "R"(hoist), "V"(fly) and "U"(bottom).
