Description of flag (see attached file: It is a white flag with a blue cotized centred cross. There are blue capital letters: "F" (upper hoist), "R" (upper flyend), "V" (lower hoist) and "S" (lower flyend). In the centre of the flag the cross is superimposed by a red shield with the white eagle of Franfurt.
