The white flag is divided by a blue cotized centred cross superimposing a pair of crossed black/white oars. Upon the horizontal cross bar are white Gothic inscriptions "Ruderverein" (hoist) and "Fürstenberg/Oder"(fly), under the bar black inscriptions "1910" (hoist) and "e.V."(fly). A reddish (colour of bricks) gate masoned black with two grey doors and two embattled towers having a triangular blue roof is superimposing the centre of the cross. In the centre of the gate is a blue shield with a yellow rampant lion.

It is a quarterly divided flag. The upper hoist and the lower flyend are red. The lower hoist and the upper flyend are white. In the centre of the flag is the coat of arms of the city of Emden, showing a crowned harpie, that is a , in this case golden, eagle with a woman's head in a black field. She is standing behind a red masoned and embattled wall above blue water. The coat of arms is surrounded by golden decorations and topped by a crown.

It was a white flag. In the centre was a modified coat of arms of the city of Emden, surrounded by black inscriptions in the four corners as follows: "E." (upper hoist), "R." (upper fly), "19" (lower hoist) and "06" (lower fly).

Emder Damen RV

Description of flag:
It is a white flag with two horizontal red stripes at the top and the bottom. In the centre of the flag is the coat of arms of the city of Emden, showing a crowned harpie, that is a , in this case golden, eagle with a woman's head in a black field. She is standing behind a red masoned and embattled wall above blue water. The coat of arms is surrounded by golden decorations and topped by a crown. The coat of arms is flanked by black capital letters "ED" (hoist) and "RV" (flyend).
The club was established for females only.

The club was established as "Emder Ruderverein von 1906". It merged with the "RC Ostfriesland" in 1924 and was called "Der Emder Ruderverein". Since 1969 had been talkings with the "Emder Damenruderverein 1913". Finally both clubs merged in 1977.

A connection with nowadays Wasserfeunde Erkner could not be proven. Those have their roots in other clubs, partially based in Berlin.

The flag looks like the merchant ensign of the Dominican Republic, but the centred cross is superimposed by a black cross fleury, having fleur de lis at top and bottom and roses at left and right. The cross is taken from the arms of the city of Eutin.
