Flag of Palomero

The flag and arms of Palomero, adopted on on 22 October 1992 and 23 April 1993 by the Municipal Council and validated on 23 March and 25 May 1993 by the Assessing Council of Honors and Distinctions of the Government of Extremadura, are prescribed by an Order issued on 1 June 1993 by the Government of Extremadura and published on 12 June 1993 in the official gazette of Extremadura, No. 69, pp. 1,677-1,679 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Quartered, white at upper hoist and lower fly, the other quarters, blue, charged in the center with the municipal coat of arms in full colors.
Coat of arms: Per fess, 1. Gules a dove argent, 2. Checky argent and azure. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
