Symbols of Tocina

Municipality of Tocina in the Province of Sevilla, Andalucia, has its own symbols. The coat of arms was approved by the General Directorate of Local Administration on 11.09.2013, and the flag was adopted by Ayuntamiento on 29.01.2024.

• Coat of arms:
  Description: Shield divided: 1st, gules (red), with the Maltese Cross in its natural color; 2nd, argent (silver), with two bouquets of three red roses. It is surmounted by the Spanish Royal Closed Crown.
  Meaning: The municipality of Tocina comprises two population centers: Tocina and Los Rosales. The latter is represented by bouquets of roses. A rosebush also appears on the coat of arms of Cañada Rosal. The Maltese cross appears because it was this military order that conquered the town.

  Description: Cloth divided vertically into two halves, the hoist side red with a white Maltese cross and the fly side white with two bouquets of red roses outlined in green, aligned vertically .
