Transest S.A.S. (Société de Transports Industriels de la Région de l'Est) is a French inland shipping company, part of the German Imperial Reederei Gruppe based at Duisburg, which developed out of the well-known Haniel inland shipping company.
Based at Compiègne and Thionville, Transest is specialized in dry bulk good transportation. Other activities include container shipping, warehousing, and port maintenance services.
