The coat of arms of Lećevica is in red on three green hills a silver shielded folded hand holding a sabre, surmounted by a golden cross and followed by a silver crescent. Since the second half of the 19th century (1865), the municipality has used an oval seal depicting a folded hand with a saber surmounted by a cross and followed by a crescent moon.

The ceremonial flag is a light blue gonfalon with three tails in which there are vine and olive ornaments, with the coat of arms in the middle and the name of the municipality in two lines above it.
