The municipality of Marina (4,771 inhabitants in 2001) is the westernmost municipality in the Split-Dalmatia County, located due west of the town of Trogir.

Flag of Marina

The symbols of Marina were designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company, from Rijeka, and approved by the Central State Office for Administration before 2006.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, light blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.

The coat of arms is blue with white wavy lines in base, from which is issuing a white tower with several windows and a red roof.

Ceremonial flag of Marina

The ceremonial flag, once shown on the municipal website, is a light blue gonfalon ending triangularly with a golden fringe, above the coat of arms in the middle is the yellow inscription of the name of municipality in two arches, and below green branches of olive and grapevine with golden bunches of grapes.
The flag in actual use (photo, photo) has a somewhat darker light blue field, with the painted inscription and the ornamental branches are golden, outlined in yellow.
