The official flag of Scouting Ireland features the emblem and official emblem colours: a white fleur-de-lys with a green shamrock at its centre over a dark blue field. The standard proportion is 6' by 3' or 1800mm by 900mm.

The tricolour is in the first canton and the emblem of the club or group is in the 4th canton on a field (background) of St. Patrick’s blue.
