Album des Pavillons 2000
shows it as a white triangular pennant, ratio ca. 2:3, with light
blue (inner) and dark blue (outer) edges along the top and bottom
sides with a golden emblem near the hoist, consisting of an
upright sword, an olive branch an an upright anchor behind both,
only the anchor's arms being visible. I wonder why this emblem is
not consistent with the previous one - see for instance the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy's Flag,
with slant anchor.
