City Flag

The flag of the city of Miyazu is white with mark.
Tomislav Šipek, 29 January 2014

The city emblem was adopted on Aug 10th 1954 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a red city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized katakana ミヤツ Miyazu and M in a form of Amanohashidate, one of Japanís three scenic views. It represents an image of the city which has places of interest and a seaport.
