The village emblem adoption date unknown. The green flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana う U of Ubuyama. The upper circle symbolizes the village people’s rustic mind and eyes and the lower part does the village people’s solidarity, reconciliation and desire to develop to the future. The green color stands for a peaceful village surrounded by grassland.
