The Flag

The flag of Red Cross Society of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is white with logo.
According to a photo the ratio is 1:1 (if I'm right), but on stamps is more like 1:2.

There seems to be a variant where the circle logo is used on a white flag at http://www.friend.com.kp/dprkrcs/index.php/en/photo/view/196. The ratio seems either 2x3 of 3x5.
