The flag can also be seen at https://dr1.com/a/5656090 and a better view of the flag can be seen at https://localsegye.co.kr/news/view/1065595194020675. It seems the logo is off-centered with the olive branch towards the hoist.

Logo

In terms of the logo itself, the company at https://theflowerway.com/work/koica-ci-manual does list their Creative Identity (CI) manual, saying they worked on the manual. https://www.behance.net/gallery/123867695/KOICA-CI-Manual gives the date of the logo's creation of 2018 and lists the designers from theflowerway who worked on it. https://theflowerway.com/work/koica-ci-manual-design also states they worked on the "communication logo" for the KOICA, and there is a communication flag as well.
