The symbols of Plužine are described in the Municipal Statutes Statut Opštine Plužine (text) as follows:

The coat of arms of the municipality of Plužine represents a harmonious whole on the basis of the form of medieval shield with a rim of yellow. In the central part of the shield is the Monastery Piva in white, as the holder of a secular tradition; in front of the Monastery, green reflects the natural resources of this region, with natural reserve symbolized in the silver of the water, cut into the gray cliffs. Above the monastery, the light blue color indicates the love of freedom and purity of spirit brewers.
The flag of the municipality of Plužine is rectangular, in length twice the height of the surface of the blue emblem of the municipality in the middle.
