From a Facebook page of Eydhafushi City, https://www.facebook.com/Eydhafushi-City-1424704221101310/photos/1616093768629020, there is a flag present for a celebration. After doing some digging, it turns out it was the 50th Anniversary of Independence that was celebrated in 2015.
