Schagen municipality

Number of inhabitants (1 Jan 2003): 17.214; area: 19,32 km². Settlements: Schagen (seat).
Flagdescription: two equally wide horizontal stripes of yellow and red. This flag was adopted by municipal resolution 4 Apr 1950. The colors are derived from the municipal arms.
