Description: three equally high stripes of blue, white and black; adopted
6 Apr 1954 by municipal resolution.
's-Gravenpolder means: polder of the count. When this area was enclosed
by dikes (c. 1300) it automatically belonged to the Lord who was
the sovereign at the time. The highest title in Holland and Zeeland at
that time was Graaf (count).
