Queen-Mother Emma (1858-1934)

The flag of Queen-Mother Emma was an orange field swallowtailed with a blue cross, and in all quarters a hunting horn; in the center of the cross the Dutch arms.

Adelheid EMMA Wilhelmina Theresia prinses van Waldeck en Pyrmont (2 Aug 1858 - 20 Mar 1934) married 7 Jan 1879 King Willem III of the Netherlands. After Willem's death she became regent of the Netherlands, until her daughter, Wilhelmina, came of age in 1898. Then she became "Koningin-Moeder" (Queen-Mother).
