The current issue of the Economist has a story about the labor movement in
the Philippines. which mentions "the flag of the United Luisita Workers' Union"
at Hacienda Luisita, a large sugarcane plantation. No photo, but it describes
the flag as showing "three stalks of cane severed by a tip-heavy bolo machete."
