Kąty Wrocławskie - urban-rural commune, Wrocław County, Dolnośląskie Voivodship - former German name: Kanth (Canth - until 1930); former Polish name: Kąty Śląskie (1945-46)
The information on the flag of this commune must be "top secret" as it not available anywhere on the net, besides the statement in the Law confirming its existence.
Luckily, Jens Pattke obtained somehow its image.
The description of the Arms, also "top secret", comes from the Ralf Hartemink's website:
"The arms of the city (city rights 1298, German name Kanth) are known since the 14th century and are derived from the arms of the Kings of Bohemia, who at the time ruled the area.
